Angelus Oaks Camp Round Meadow Wedding | Liana and John

Liana and John met at a Disney competition. Six years later, John proposed to Liana on top of the hills over looking Altadena. It turned out earlier that day John skipped work to do the same 3 miles hike to set up a tent, dinner, champagne, and lights so they can spend the rest of the evening stargazing.

When I asked Liana to list 3 things she loves about John, it’s the way he makes her feel about herself, the way he treats other people and animals, and the look on his face when he makes her laugh. John loves how excited Liana gets about things and how infectious it is, her hair, and how she cares about how other people treat each other. I enjoy photographing Liana and John because they’re such an easy and laid back couple. I photographed their engagement session in Big Bear a few months earlier and that was a lot of fun!

Liana and John’s wedding at Camp Round Meadow in Angelus Oaks is one of a kind. The venue is very outdoorsy with plenty of outdoor activities on the property and neaby areas. Liana and John reserved the entire place for their guests to enjoy and explore the area before and after the wedding. There were lots of handmade one of a kind items including Liana’s bouquet, her wedding dress, the cake topper, etc. That was one epic first dance! I also love the marshmallow party at the end of the night! That campfire was amazing since it was a bit cold outside. Here are some of my favorite photos from the day.
