Jamie Lynne | Big Bear Portrait Photographer
Whenever I can find time, I always collaborate with other creative friends to work on personal projects and to improve my skills. I try to do something other than wedding related because it’s a way for me to be as outside of the box as I can. This was one of the many concept shoots that I did in the past few months. My beautiful friend Jamie was nice enough to meet me in Big Bear to model for one of my shoots. I also invited 2 good friends of mine who happen be amazing photographers, Michelle and Benny. Michelle made the beautiful floral crown and Benny helped with organizing and staging some of the props. We had such a great time and I’m so happy to have spent my day with great people around me.
The technical goals for this shoot were to test out different lenses at different settings, and different color balance in different lighting throughout the day. The visual concept for this shoot was to capture the female’s beauty and her vulnerability. She’s alone and trapped in the forest, curious but not afraid. However, the only way for her to be free is through her great imagination.
