Pentax 67ii Quick Review (Part 2 with pictures) | Southern California Medium Format Film Wedding Photographer
There are a few things I’ve learned using this camera in the real world. It’s not as heavy as some people may claim, no more heavier than my Nikon D800 with a 24-70 lens on it. It is very easy to focus, especially for creative compositions, due to the large bright screen. My manual focus hit rate was between 80-90%. Shutter slap isn’t that bad. I was able to get usable images even at 1/60th handheld. Loading film while losing light feels like an eternity! It gets better with more practice. So far, I love this camera and I’m planning to use it on a regular basis.
Below are a few shots from my Yosemite engagement session using a Pentax 67ii.
