Playing with food
My Nikon 35-70mm has a macro mode at 35mm. I decided to try it out while doing a project for a client. Using a shoot through umbrella light and a YN560 flash, I was able to take a few close up shots. If I do more of these in the future, I will most likely invest in a dedicated macro lens. However for now, the client okayed the pictures so far.

I'm a hybrid wedding and portrait photographer. I use medium format 6x7 film and full frame digital cameras for my work. I'm based out of Southern California but have traveled throughout US and part of Europe to document weddings. My wedding photography style is modern, elegant, and timeless. Occasionally, I will do creative personal projects for fun.
